Since 1990, Pro Dent, Inc. has been continually providing
quality Paintless Dent Repair service to our customers
in North Texas from our facility in Plano. Our solid business
practices and ethics, and our work quality have led to
our achieving a very high customer satisfaction rate (more
than 70% of our business comes from repeat customers).
We have also achieved Direct Repair Program (DRP) rating
by a number of major insurance companies for hail damage
repair.
Our services include repairing hail damage to
vehicles as well as repairing minor door dings and
dents, using
Paintless Dent Repair technique.
Because Hail Damage repair is usually covered by a Comprehensive
insurance policy, we have developed streamlined processes
to work directly with insurers and eliminate the paperwork
and the inherent hassle for our customers. We develop an
estimate free of charge, and work with insurers to close
any gap that might exist between our estimate and theirs.
Upon customer approval of the repairs, we can usually turn-around
a vehicle in 1-2 days after insurance approval. One important
point to keep in mind is this: regardless of
which facility or what technique is used to repair your
hail-damaged
vehicle
and at what cost, your total out-of pocket cost is limited
to your deductible amount. So, choose a company
that is known for quality repairs, has been in business
for a good
while, and has a loyal customer following. At Pro Dent,
we meet all these requirements. Alternatively, we work
directly with customers who do not have insurance, or have
already settled with their insurer.
For repairing door dings and dents, the process is very
simple. We inspect the damage to the vehicle and develop
an estimate of cost and repair time. If the repairs can
be made while you wait, we’ll do so. Otherwise, we
schedule the repairs around your convenience. Because each
dent has a different set of characteristics (e.g., circumference,
depth, location, accessibility, etc.), we cannot provide
repair estimates without inspecting the vehicle.
