This letter serves as a follow-up to our brief conversations which we had after the hail damage was repaired on the aforementioned vehicle. I cannot express enough how incredibly impressed I am with the repair work you and your staff performed. As you may recall, my wife and I spent at least 5 to 10 minutes trying to find any evidence of hail damage after the repairs. We found absolutely NO DENTS what-so-ever. Not even a blemish could be found. The best part of the whole experience is knowing that I still have my "factory finish." As you and every other body shop knows, the "factory finish" is superior to any subsequent finishes.

A few weeks ago my car received some damage to the right front door (my wife claims the fence post next to our driveway jumped out and attacked it). I went to two paint & body shops to find out how much this malicious fence post assault was going to cost me. Each shop said that the car would be out of service for two days for the repairs that "would make the car look like new". The cost of this was quoted at $185.00 and $205.00 respectively.

Out of curiosity I then inquired into your advertisement in the Dallas Morning News. I stopped by your facility to see if your dent removal process would apply to my car and to also view examples of your workmanship. I was impressed. I was assured that the same quality repair could be done to my vehicle as well for a mere $75.00, and would only require the car being tied up for a couple of hours! This was much less than half of the other quotes for the same results.

I dropped the car off at noon today and was told that it would be ready by 2pm. When I returned to pick up the car I found that it was a perfect reflection of quality workmanship. Not only was the original paint and sealant retained, but you could not see ANY signs of the dent in the metal.

Hopefully, I (or my wife) will not encounter anymore aggressive fence posts, but if I should require repairs for minor "dents and dings" I will certainly come back to your shop.
